What we collect and why
CobaltKite Creative collects personal data only when you choose to give it to us, through the forms on this site.
- Contact enquiry (the quiz). Your name, work email, website (optional), and your answers to a few short questions about what you want, where you're starting from, your timeline and your budget band. We use this to understand your enquiry and suggest the right next step.
- Partner enquiry. Your name, work email, and details about your agency. We use this to assess white-label partnership requests.
We don't ask for payment details, passwords or government ID through either form.
Analytics
We use Umami, a cookieless analytics tool, to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read. Umami doesn't set cookies, doesn't track you across other websites, and doesn't build an individual profile of you.
When you contact us, we use Resend to send and receive email. Resend processes your email address and the content of your message so that we can reply to you.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and email data for {{PH:DATA_RETENTION_PERIOD}}, then delete it. We keep only what we need to respond to you and, where relevant, to meet our legal obligations.
Who else handles your data
- Cloudflare hosts this website and runs Turnstile, which checks that form submissions come from a person, not a bot.
- Resend delivers the emails our forms and replies generate.
- Cal.com handles your booking details (name, email, chosen time) if you book a call.
- Umami provides cookieless analytics (see above).
We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone else for marketing.
Your rights under India's DPDP Act, 2023
As a data principal under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- confirm what personal data we hold about you
- correct or update inaccurate data
- erase your data once we no longer need it
- withdraw any consent you've given, at any time
